Characterization
The story of this wine is very interesting. The sacred calendar of the Indian Mayan tribe is based on a 52 – year-long Moon, a cycle of Motion of The Sun and planets. According to this, a year would be not 12, but 13 months – every 28 days. Thus, this wine has also been aged in 225 L oak barrels for 13 months.
Colour: cherry red
Fragrance: a deep and fresh aroma with red berries.
Taste: fruity and full-bodied, feel red wild berries, herbs, oak, and vanilla, with a long and elegant aftertaste.
Consumption recommendation
Suitable for both grilled and cooked meat dishes, including pasta and medium-baked cheeses.
