Characterisation
The wine is made from berries affected by Noble Rot (leading to an increase in the concentration of grape juice as well as sugar content). The aroma and flavour bouquet is full of ripe tropical notes, caramelized fruit, nuts, blossoms. The aftertaste is long lasting.
The noobl dessert wine main grapes are 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% accounts for Riesling, Semillon, Gewurztraminer and Grechetto.

Consumption recommendation
Sweet pastries, desserts, foie gras.
