Characterisation

Dreamer Late Harvest Shiraz is a barbecue specially developed by Romanian wine and Estonian barbecue makers!
While all Dreamer wines have so far been sweet, Dreamer Late Harvest Shiraz is different due to its semi-sweet taste and is, therefore, more suitable for lovers of a slightly drier wine.
The wine has an intense blackcurrant aroma, with black pepper and eucalyptus notes at the top. Also dark chocolate and vanilla nuances typical of maturing in Oak container. This red wine is velvety, soft tannins and easy to drink.

Consumption recommendation

Perfect for Estonian shashlik, grill meat and ribs, as well as cheeses and pastes.
