Characterization
Burgundy “white king” Chablis is Chardonnay the greatest masterpiece of the wine, which citrus to bright a fruity and fresh with crystalline minerals with no opponent. You either love it or you don’t. The wine bearing this Domaine mark is not of such a witty nature, as 5-10% of the wine becomes soothing, Round 6, oak-like therapy for 5-6 months. It adds depth and predictable bitterness.

Consumption recommendation
Serve at 12-14C in the large burgundy glass. Wonderful fresh scallop next to carpaccio. Also fresh oysters, seafood-crustaceans, sushi and whitefish in light white sauce.
