Characterization
The wine has a red color with violet undertones. The fine aroma gives rise to the characteristic fruit of the variety. The rich and intense flavor provides soft tannins with the notes resulting from the maturation of the Oak container. The aftertaste is long lasting and lively. The wine has matured for 8-9 months in concrete containers and has undergone malolactic fermentation.
Consumption recommendation
Perfect wine with grilled beef ribs and vegetables as well as risoto and pasta dishes.
