Characterization

The wine from Pinot Noir is a lighter red than most other vine varieties. There are also fewer parkers in this than in Cabernet Sauvignon, for example, the execution is mostly average. The taste is dominated by a variety of berries such as strawberry, raspberry, and cherry.
