Characterization
The pale-colored wine has a rather intense aroma bouquet referring to citrus and Quincy. The palette is balanced, the structure is maintained by moderate acidity, with mineral and softer fruity notes secondary.
Consumption recommendation
Ideal companion with clean flavors, delicate flavored fish dishes (salmon sous vide, grilled baby Trout, lobster) or light vegetable salads.
