Characterisation
Torres Natureo Garnacha Syrah nonalcoholic wine is fermented in a steel tank at a controlled temperature (24-26°C). Part of the wine is matured in New French oak barrels from 4 to 6 months. Then the process of dispensing alcohol is applied. Cherry-red in color, the aroma is felt with pomegranate and black currant, accompanied by light spicy notes. The taste is pure and balanced, with light tannins and gentle acidity.
Non-alcoholic wine contains 0.5% alcohol.
