Taste: the taste is dry and Berry, Soft Berry Park. Ripe prunes, overripe wild berries, dried black berries and soft herbs are felt. Aftertaste long and velvety with soft berry notes.
Food: grilled poultry and pork, barbecue ribs, beef and game stewed in the oven, pasta in tomato sauce, ripe rennet cheese.
