Characterisation

In the aroma of the wine with Violet Grey Ruby colour, you can smell the notes of blueberry, wild berries, plum, blackberry, liquorice and vanilla. An excellent balance between acidity and the taste of jam gives a good structure and a long lasting end taste. Wine with medium body and round tannins has matured in stainless steel barrels for 4 months.

Consumption recommendation

The ideal wine pesto sauce pasta, grilled meat and pecorino cheese aside.
