Characterisation
An aromatic semi-dry wine with a light bubble, which is very popular in the Nordic countries. Due to endogenous carbon dioxide,semi-sparkling wine has an excess pressure of 1-2.5 bar.
Colour: light straw yellow
Fragrance: fragrant, with bright stone fruit, green apple and citrus, with a delicate floral note.
Taste: fresh, semi-dry, light fruitiness in good balance with zest acidity.

Consumption recommendation
Good aperitif. Fresh salads, poultry meat, grilled seafood, fish and soft cheeses.
