Castillo San Simon Red Monastrell 75cl

Characterization

Dry red quality wine made from Tempranillo and Monastrell grapes from the Jumilla region. The wine is aged in steel vats, then for at least six months in oak barrels and in addition in the bottle before sale.

Colour: dark red
Aroma: moderately spicy, feel cinnamon, coffee and dried plum.
Flavour: dry with herbs, spices, and soft tannins.

Consumption recommendation

Suitable for game meat, beef meat, barbecue, sheep and older cheeses.
