Characterisation
Negroamaro is a grape variety from southern Italy, which gives a strong flavour of red wine with rustic and bitter notes. Pink wine offers a much lighter and more elegant taste, characterized by a fragrant and marjane lush. Organically grown grapes are hand picked.

Color: light pink
Aroma: Berry, ripe raspberries, red currant and black cherry with fresh herbs emerge.
Taste: light and fresh, red berries, grapefruit acidity well balanced with lush berries, aftertaste with a slight spicy bitterness.

Consumption recommendation
As an aperitif, from seafood and fish to light foods and salads.
