Le Cardinal is created by selecting the most promising crus of the Bordeaux appellation in accordance with strict criteria: quality of soils, limited yealds, grape harvested at optimal ripeness. Classic blend of Sauvignon and Semillon, Christal Cardinal offers a bright pale gold colour and a rich nose with aromas of candied fruit, honey and acacia. On the palate, it demonstrates a round and supple structure with a long and aromatic finish.
