GatoNegro 9 Lives Reserve is a new wine series inspired by Cat 9 life. Wines are made using only the best grapes.
The wine is produced 100% of Sauvignon Blanc grapes harvested at night to preserve their aromatic properties. The greenish-yellow wine has an intense aroma bouquet dominated by fresh grapefruit and lemon notes. A soft-tasting elegant wine offers a good balance of refreshing acidity.

Consumption recommendation

Ideal for tuna tartar, salmon, panned white fish and pear and Brie cheese brioche.
