Characterization
Gazela is produced in the Quinta de Azevedo vineyard, located in the Vinho Verde region. The hand-picked grapes shall be lightly crushed and the wine must be bottled within 24 hours in order to keep the wine clear and clean. Fermentation takes place in stainless barrels. Gazela will be mashed immediately after fermentation to preserve the freshness and youthfulness of the wine.
Slightly yellow in color, soft in taste, and
easy to drink. The aroma and taste of citrus and tropical fruit notes. The wine has mild acid and sweetness.

Consumption recommendation
Suitable for easy salads, meat, and seafood. Perfect social drink.
