Characterization
The wine is fermented in steel drums at a controlled temperature (15-18°C), then the wine rests on yeast lees for 5 months.
A fragrance with exotic fruits and citrus notes, a subtle yet powerful aroma. A lasting and harmonious taste ensures good quality.
