Characterization
Wine fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers, but part of the wine is also aged briefly in oak barrels.

Colour: light yellow, green
Fragrance: intense and fresh, with the emergence of melon, grapefruit, apple, and oak vanilla.
Taste:medium-packed and citrus, the acid in good balance with fruity.

Consumption recommendation
Good aperitif, seafood, salads, white meat, and fresh cheeses.
