Characterisation

The aroma has mainly red fruit and rather intense spicy notes. The flavour is clear and round and offers rough tannins that are characteristic of the País grape variety. La Causa’s aftertaste is very long and amusing. The wine has matured for 12 months in a second-use American oak container.

Excellent match for steak and sausage, stew and rice dishes.
