Characterization

Cabernet Sauvignon has been added to the wine obtained mainly from the Nero grape, which is a Sicilian wine. Both grapes have been harvested organically and manually. Malolactic fermentation has been carried out to improve the structure of the wine and some of the wine has matured in oak barrels.

An intense and fruity aroma alludes to Cherries, blackcurrant, toasted oak wood, licorice, and chocolate
Tastefully full and strong, with a pleasant acid spicy balanced wine. The soft, velvety oak-like tannins are intertwined with violets and plum nuances.

Consumption recommendation

Pasta with tomato sauce, pork dishes from both pig and sheep, chicken and cattle. Strong mature cheeses.
