Characterization

Made of 100% of Sangiovese grapes called Morellino by the locals. The wine has been kept in oak barrels for 3 years.
Color: dark ruby
Aroma: feel black cherry, blackcurrant, and some woodiness
Taste: fruity, with a little dark chocolate, soft start, aftertaste dry and long.

Consumption recommendation

Suitable for grilled meat, well-tasted sausages, and older cheeses.
