Characterization

“El Picaro” means in Spanish, the rogue or rascal and this peculiar name is chosen, therefore, to refer to the region’s wine culture and consumption style of the younger generation to this interpretation, which is not there just normal and comes out sometimes classical and conservative understanding of the circle. The berries are grown on a sandstone soil and selected wine gardens with an average age of more than 50 years. It gives the wine a lot of taste and complexity. Vine cultivation uses biodynamic techniques. The wine is aged for three months in Oak container in order to preserve its natural, fruity character in the finished wine.

Color: dark cherry red
Aroma: intense and strong, field berries, strawberries and blueberries with mineral notes emerge.
Flavor: full-bodied, Berry, mild acidity, structural tannin, and aftertaste dried herbs.
