Characterization

A sweet red wine made mostly of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The wine is characterized by a ruby color and a berry aroma dominated by blackcurrant and cherry. The round and velvety flavor is well balanced with the stronger Park characteristic of the variety.

Suitable for fried meat dishes with either fruit sauces or baked fruit. Also, various sweet pastries like chocolate cakes and other darker cakes.
