Characterization

This wine has been aged for at least nineteen months in oak barrels.

Fragrance: fragrant with ripe fruit, slightly roasting and spicy.
Flavor: full-bodied, round with balsamic and some acid. Tannins are silky, end soft and long.

Suitable for red meat, dark sauce, ham, and older cheeses.
