Santiago de Chile is a series of Chilean wines with varying degrees of sweetness. The grapes used for the production of wines originate in all areas of Central Valley.
Huaso – this is what is known as the Chilean Central Valley region’s master horsemen. Their typical clothing includes a straw hat and a coloured poncho (manta or Tramonto) that is worn on a jacket extending into a folklore belt.
