Tommasi Baciorosa Appassionato Rose 75cl – “Baciorosa” wine from the gardens of Tommasi, one of Veneto’s most famous wine families, translates as “pink kiss.” Lush wine bursting with ripe red berries is dry in style and balanced with acidity. Made from corvina, Rondinella, Molinara, Negroamaro and Primitivo grapes.

Consumption recommendation
Ideal companion alongside sushi, fresh salad, red fish and light meat or grilled dishes.

Details
Tommasi is one of the leading wine producers in the Veneto region and their family has been making wine there since 1902. From the tiny wine garden of their ancestors in the Valpolicella Classico area, today a smaller wine empire has grown up with orchards and Wine Estates in various regions of Italy – Veneto and Lombardy in northern Italy, Maremma and famous Montalcino in Tuscany, and Puglia in southern Italy.
All this is led by the fourth generation of Tommaside and as many as 9 members are involved in winemaking, which characterises the long-standing traditions and strength of the family business.
