Characterization

A slight amber-colored deep ruby color. The aroma of the wine is complex and elegant offering red fruits, green pepper, spicy and hints on the skin. The taste is very expressive and in good balance, offering round and polished tannins, which gives the wine a good preservation potential. The wine has matured for at least 18 months in American oak barrels and then three to six years in a bottle.

Consumption recommendation

Excellent match for game meat and tougher cheeses.
Before serving, we recommend that the wine be decanted or kept open for at least 30 minutes.
