Characterization
wine is aged one year in French oak container.
Colour: deep purple
Aroma: dark berries – blackcurrant, blueberry, dried figs, and prunes
plums.
Flavor: the bottom is Berry and balanced, with raspberries, black currants, and plums.
Baking in Oak has added chocolate, tobacco nuances and mocha coffee to the wine
cream. The wine is short with acid and some raw tannins.
Consumption recommendation
wild game, beef species, dark sauces. Ripe cheeses.
