Characterisation
Maremma is a fast-growing star and so on in the Italian wine landscape. The Wild West Of Italy. Based on Sangiovese (50%), Merlot (30%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) grapes Super Tuscan mixture, provides this wine with extraordinary fruit värkust and vibrant character. The grapes used to make the wine have been harvested manually. Fermentation shall be carried out in stainless steel containers at 18 to 20 °C.
The wine has a beautiful ruby colour. The fragrance is dominated by notes of cherries and white chocolate. A complex and cosy balsamic aftertaste dry wine.
