Characterization
Wine appealing and complex lõhnabukett offers both fresh fruits as well as ripe and mineral notes such as graphite and gunpowder. Maturing in Oak container gives you delicious nuances with caramel, vanilla, and carnation. The taste has good concentration and softness. Pleasantly long and elegant aftertaste. 20% of the wine is kept in concrete containers and 80% of the wine matures in the second and third use French oak barrels for 9 months. In addition, the wine will mature in the bottle for another 6 months before it is placed on the market. The wine has undergone malolactic fermentation.

More than 125. the annual History of La Celia is Uco Valley’s oldest wine house, founded in 1890. in the year when Eugenio Bustos bought a wine house for the construction of a plot of land in Mendozas. It was the first wine house in the region to plant a Malbec brought from France, which is now Argentina’s most important vine variety.
