Characterisation
White, dry wine of controlled quality. This wine is made from manually selected grapes from the low yield old vines of the Cinandal wine gardens. The wine has matured for six months in French oak barrels. The permanent taste of the wine is dominated by citrus nuances and by influences resulting from maturation in Oak container.
