Characterisation

The wine has matured for 12 months in oak barrels of America and France, partly in New barrels. The wine has a deep ruby colour. The aroma is warm and delicious, elegant and fine with a nuance of oak vanilla. The taste is intense, pleasant mature character, to feel strong ripe fruits such as plums, cherries. The aftertaste is long and delicious.

Consumption recommendation

Perfect for red meat, bird meat like duck and goose. Grilled beef, lamb meat, game meat, ripe cheeses. Wine is perfectly mature and suitable for immediate drinking, maturing potential for about 2-7 years.
