Characterisation
The wine has matured for at least 6 months in French oak barrels. 54% of the wine has matured for six months in The Nevers Oak. The fresh and fruity aroma is dominated by peach, plum and grapefruit aromas together with the undertone of roasted hazelnuts. Fresh and mineral, with elegant acidity and rich fruity taste. The aftertaste is pleasant and long lasting. Storage photosensitivity in a good wine cellar for 3-5 years.
Consumption recommendation
Perfect match for caviar. Also an ideal companion to fish dishes with salmon, trout, fresh seafood and other baked or sauce.
