Characterisation
In the deliciously intense aroma of Santa Digna Merlot, plum and strawberry jam nuances emerge mixed with spicy vanilla and liquorice. The taste is attractive and elegant, enriched by the roasting notes of oak and the long-lasting spicy aftertaste. 70% of the wine has matured for six months in American oak container. Storage potential 5-7 years.
Consumption recommendation
The excellent suitability of legumes, white meat but also baked, grilled or fried fish such as meriangerja or merilatika aside.
